49 squares and counting of the Make for Anyone blanket
I've decided this is going to be for my (king size - eek!) bed so I'm going to have to do a bit of math to work out just how many I'm going to need. This one's going to be another slow one...
I've been crocheting them to a box set of Homeland. Although yesterdays episode I was so tired I didn't do any crochet whatsoever, it was either that Damian Lewis was very distracting (very likely) or because we'd made the stupid mistake of having the kids up until 10pm (just as likely)
What are you making?
Hi there - I'm planning on embarking on this one too soon - but I must finish the other 5 blankets I'm halfway through at the moment before I begin anything else (plus the 2 shawls, 2 jumpers, 1 pair of socks and 2 scarves!) Did you use the colour palette suggested in the magazine or just go your own way? Judy.

That blanket is looking fantastic already, it's going to be amazing. I am also making a blanket for our king size bed. The stitch I am using is a wool eater so it is no longer to cover the whole bed, just a runner for the end of the bed. A 100g ball of wool crocheted up about 3 inches so I quickly decided it would be far too expensive a project. x
