Happy New Year!
I have to admit when the clock struck midnight and the first moments of 2014's New Year threw themselves into the consciousness of revellers, I was asleep. Fast asleep. Maybe I was fighting off a bug because I didn't feel especially bright for it the following morning but anyhow I love an early night and I plan to have many over the coming year!
These are the things I hope (for myself) in 2014
Daily yoga and meditation to keep the wobbly mind as unwobbly as possible. Do you read Sarah's blog? It's great, add it to your blogroll!
Lots of creativity and crochet. I can't imagine there will be more than a few days without crochet! Keep up with my pictures on instagram... I'm @amysinsta
I'm going to (have to) start running again, time to get more oxygen to the blood and colour in the cheeks, except for today obviously because it's very windy and rainy.
Plenty of reading. A chapter a day at the very least.
Daily nourishment, green juices/smoothies, soups, salads
